Article 18.3 : Salary adjustment of 9% across the board
Article 18.2 and 19.1 : Revision of salary ranges and annual increment.
Grade 35 : Salary 2,900 to 8,500 Increment 330
Grade 36 : Salary 3,400 to 11,500 Increment 380
(i) For Officer whose salary is below the new minimum of the Grade,
it shall be adjusted to the minimum. For Officer whose salary exceeds
the maximum of the salary range after the adjustment, their salary
shall remain at the maximum of the Grade.
(ii) Employees who on adjustment exceed the maximum of the salary
structure will be placed on the maximum of the salary structure. In addition, such employees will be paid one lump sum equivalent to 12 times the difference between the adjusted total and the maximum salary.
Article 26.12(b) : Accumulation of annual leave – At any one time, an officer can only accumulate up to a maximum of thirty (30) days annual leave.
Article 29.1: Medical benefits – extend the coverage for the children up to the age of 23 if the child is not gainfully employed or above 23 years if disabled subject to prevailing limit of RM1,500 per family per calendar year.
Article 14.6(d): One-off transfer allowance – revision of existing amount to RM1,100 for single and RM2,100 for married staff.
Article 14.6(e): Outstation transfer housing allowance:
Single - RM400 per month
Married – RM500 per month
