Our session in Kuala Terengganu started at 5.00pm and our members were not disappointed with our session. The group was small but it is understood as many of our members had prior engagement. When we asked the committee to organize they had informed us of the problem they face but we decided to proceed as we were on a tour of east coast and did not want to go back empty  handed.

The President appologised for the slight delay in arriving as we were on our way from Kota Baru. He discussed on all the happening in the ongoing CA negotiation with the Bank and was unable to provide more detail on this except that the Union had not agreed with the Banks counter proposal. Only when both side agrees could the CA be concluded. Patience is the appeal the President asked from our members.

Our Secretary disseminated information on the current issues happening in the bank and further advised members to adhere to policy of the bank, be it work policy or the banks policy. This is due to the an increased in the number of show cause letter members were given. He further reminded members to be more active in tackling non performance.

Despite the small attendance the insurance enrolment was quite encouraging. It shows that members are finally realizing the benefits of our group insurance. Finally the President thanked members for attending the session and had to excuse the Exco as we had to leave Kualla Terengganu on our route to Kuantan. We left the session late in the evening and hoped the members benefited from our visit to Kuala Terengganu.
